For any on-scalp colour service, we’ll need to carry out a skin test at least 48 hours beforehand.

Once completed, your skin test is valid for six months and can easily be done during your consultation.

A consultation is your chance to sit down one-to-one with your stylist, chat through your ideas, look at inspiration photos, and plan the best route to achieving the look you want. It’s perfect for new clients or anyone considering a change but unsure what to book.

Consultations cost £10 and can be booked online.

Responsible Hair Colouring

We are a responsible hair salon and only offer colour services to men and women aged 16 and over. It is also essential that you pop in for a skin test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment to test for possible allergies to the products we use.

  1. Simply pop in and we will dab a small amount of hair colour behind your ear.
  2. You then wipe this away after 30 minutes.
  3. If you have not had a reaction within 48 hours, we can go ahead and colour your hair.

We ask for a 50% deposit to secure all appointments. Without a deposit, we’re unable to confirm your booking and the time slot will remain available for other clients.

This helps us keep our schedule fair and ensures your appointment is fully reserved.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Please call the salon directly to confirm any changes, as voicemails and social media messages may be missed during busy periods.

Cancellations or appointment changes made within 48 hours will result in your deposit being retained, as deposits help cover the time we’ve set aside for your service.

We also send a friendly reminder text 48 hours before your appointment, so any cancellations made after this message will unfortunately result in the loss of your deposit.

We completely understand that childcare can be challenging, but we kindly ask that children are only brought into the salon when absolutely necessary, especially during longer appointments.

For everyone’s safety, any children in the salon should remain seated in the waiting area, unless they are booked in for a service themselves.

This helps us ensure their safety, as we work with hot tools, sharp equipment, and chemicals throughout the salon.

We offer one free fringe trim between your haircuts. Any additional fringe trims, or fringe trims for new clients, are charged at £5.

For colour services, it’s absolutely fine if your hair was washed within the last few days, but if it’s been more than three days, we kindly ask that you wash it before your appointment.

Clean hair helps remove product and oil buildup, which can prevent colour from taking properly.

For extension refits, please wash your hair the night before your appointment.

This helps ensure the best results.

If you’re having tape extensions, you can find more details about booking under our Services tab!

Our online booking system includes detailed descriptions for all colour services, but here’s a quick guide to help you choose the right one:

Full Head Tint

A single colour applied from roots to ends. This can also be added after foils if you’d like a root tap/melt and toner through your ends.

Retouch Tint

A single colour applied to your regrowth only. If it’s been more than 8 weeks since your last tint with us, please book a Full Head Tint instead to ensure an even result.

Scattered Foils

Perfect for subtle highlights or lowlights to create a soft, sun-kissed look or gently tone down your colour. Great for lower-maintenance colour, but not suitable if you want your hair significantly brighter.

Foils

A classic highlighting or lowlighting service designed to add brightness or dimension throughout the hair. Ideal if you’re looking for a noticeable lift or refresh.

Packed-In Foils

For maximum blonding or high-impact results. This service uses minimal hair left between foils to achieve a bold, bright finish and typically requires higher maintenance.

If you’re looking for a “back-to-back blonde” effect, we recommend around an 8-week maintenance cycle, as longer intervals may lead to banding and fall under colour correction.

Please choose a Restyle Cut & Blow-Dry if you’re cutting more than 3 inches, adding layers, or making a complete style change.

This gives your stylist the extra time needed for a thorough consultation and to help tailor your new look so it suits you perfectly.

Haircuts:

We recommend coming in every 8–10 weeks to keep your hair healthy and in great condition — even if you’re growing it out!

Foils:

A 6–12 week maintenance cycle is ideal, depending on the type of foiling service you’ve had. Your stylist will guide you on the best timing for your specific look.

All-Over Tints & Retouch Tints:

To maintain your colour, we suggest visiting every 4–6 weeks.

If it’s been over 8 weeks since your last retouch tint, please book a Full Head Colour to ensure even coverage and avoid visible fading or excessive regrowth

Olaplex is a bond-repair treatment designed to strengthen and protect your hair from the inside out.

It works by reconnecting broken bonds caused by colouring, heat styling, and everyday wear, leaving your hair feeling healthier, smoother, and more resilient.

It’s a great option for anyone looking to maintain strong, shiny hair or restore softness and strength to damaged strands

Yes!

Aftercare is incredibly important. It helps maintain your cut, colour, and any chemical services you’ve had, everything.

By following the recommended aftercare, you’ll be able to keep your colour and style looking just as beautiful at home as it does when you leave the salon.

This is especially vital for colour services, whether you’re rocking vibrant tones or a soft, creamy blonde.

Using salon-professional products and sticking to proper aftercare will help protect your hair’s health and keep your colour looking fresher for longer.
